Tim holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University as well as a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Australian Catholic University. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, build confidence, and find enjoyment through exercise.
Tim believes that ‘exercise is medicine’ and is committed to working collaboratively with clients to develop individualised, evidence-based exercise programs that are tailored to their needs, abilities and goals. He aims to create a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their exercise journey.
Tim has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, chronic disease and exercise oncology. He enjoys using exercise to help clients improve their strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and overall quality of life, while supporting them to remain active and independent.
Tim values building strong relationships with his clients and takes a client-centred approach to exercise. He enjoys seeing the positive impact that exercise can have on both physical and mental wellbeing, and helping clients recognise their own progress and capabilities.
