
Scott holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science as well as a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University, obtained in 2023. His professional journey encompasses roles as a Personal Trainer and Basketball coach since 2021, where he engaged with diverse clientele across all age groups.
Embracing that ‘exercise is medicine’, Scott is committed to collaborating with individuals to realize their personal goals. Through the implementation of tailored, client-specific approaches, he seeks to delve deeper, addressing the psychological, social, and environmental dimensions of health. Scott is dedicated to fostering a safe and caring environment making the exercise experience more enjoyable.
Prior to joining SAEXP, Scott gained valuable experience in trauma-related clinical settings and hospitals, where he recognized the significance of a client-centred approach and the attainment of functional movements essential for daily living.
Scott’s professional interests encompass Mental Health, where he endeavours to uplift moods and cultivate a relaxed atmosphere during sessions. His passion for this field stems from a belief that mental health issues are just as important as physical conditions, and physical conditions are likely to influence mental health.
