National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Exercise Physiologists work within the NDIS to design personalised exercise programs that improve mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing, helping participants achieve greater independence and quality of life.

Develop tailored exercise plans that address individual goals, abilities, and medical conditions to ensure safe and effective support.

Help improve physical function, reduce symptoms, and slow the progression of disabilities through evidence-based interventions.

Support participants in gaining independence by enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and confidence to engage more fully in daily and community activities.

Let's talk about the NDIS - What is it?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports individuals with permanent disabilities to live more independent lives. Since each participant’s support needs are unique, it’s important to understand what your NDIS plan covers and how it supports you. Exercise Physiology plays a crucial role within the NDIS by helping improve mobility, strength, and fitness. As Exercise Physiologists, we tailor your program to your goals, abilities, and medical conditions to ensure your exercise is safe and effective.
