If you’ve been struggling to exercise due to injury, we’ll work with you to create a program that accommodates your injury, helping you stay active for both your mental and physical health during recovery.

What do we Offer?

We will discuss a plan that best suits your needs.  We have several options we can continue to work with you whilst overseeing your program.

  1. Direct 1-on-1 ongoing supervision – Work privately with your Exercise Physiologist to ensure correct exercise technique, direct support, and continual progression toward your strength and conditioning goals.
  2. Small group classes - Share the time and space with 1–2 others while continuing your personalised program. Each person follows their own tailored plan — you’ll simply be sharing the environment and support.
  3. Program prescription - If you’re confident completing your program independently, come in for reviews as needed so we can assess your progress and make adjustments when appropriate.
