Our Clinical Pilates studio has three half-trapeze reformers, perfect for personalised Clinical Pilates sessions—whether one-on-one or in small groups of up to three. We’ve created a supportive space where everyone can feel at ease, regardless of experience or fitness level.

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates at SAEXP

At SAEXP, we blend traditional Pilates principles with modern exercise physiology to create programs that are both purposeful and flexible. Each session is carefully designed and adjusted by an Exercise Physiologist who understands movement, injury, and progression. Your program evolves with you—whether your goal is to build strength, manage pain, or improve functional movement.

We use Pilates as a clinical tool to enhance strength, mobility, and long-term movement health, tailoring each session to support your body, goals, and daily function. What sets us apart is our personalised approach: every client starts with a one-on-one assessment to identify movement patterns, imbalances, and objectives. From there, we develop a tailored program that is regularly reviewed and adapted to fit your progress.

Our programs are:

Session types

At SAEXP we offer both private one-on-one sessions as well as small group classes.

One-on-one sessions provide personalised attention with fully customised programs and can be scheduled for either 30 or 45 minutes, allowing for focused, individualised care.

Small group classes, which run for 45 minutes, offer a supportive environment where exercises are tailored to each participant’s needs while benefiting from the motivation and interaction of a small group setting. Our classes are capped at just three people to ensure you receive focused, personalised attention without compromise. Please contact us for class times.
