
Paige completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Australian Catholic University, graduating in 2022.
Over the past three years, Paige has worked in neurological rehabilitation, with a particular focus on Multiple Sclerosis and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
She also has previous experience teaching Pilates, having worked with a diverse range of clients including older adults and individuals with neurological conditions.
Paige is a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, individualised exercise interventions. She is passionate about helping clients find enjoyment and confidence in movement, making exercise both accessible and rewarding for everyone.
Paige's professional interests also include neuromuscular conditions such as Fascioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD) and Motor Neuron Disease (MND). Paige is excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm for neurological rehabilitation to SAEXP and help a range of individuals, supporting clients to achieve their goals and improving their quality of life.
