
Sarah has studied a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at La Trobe University, then furthered her studies in a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin finishing in 2024. She has experience as a gym instructor and a Sports Trainer as well as recent experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Epworth Hospital.
Sarah is deeply committed to creating strong, personal connections with her clients to ensure they receive the care they need to reach their goals. With a passion for Exercise Oncology, Neurological conditions and an advocate for Women’s Health and representation, Sarah focuses on the mental and physical effects of exercise as medicine. Sarah’s belief in evidence-based practice and client centred approaches means that her passion in Exercise Oncology is what drives her to be the practitioner she is today.
Her idea of “Teamwork makes the Dream Work” drives her approach to helping clients realise their full potential through and working together to achieve your goals with a holistic approach.
